Open Dispo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided through our services, and you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of such information.

In addition, you are required to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data you may obtain through your interactions with Open Dispo, its services, or its representatives. By accepting these terms, you agree to abide by a non-disclosure agreement, which prohibits the unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of any confidential materials or information you may receive from Open Dispo, in any form or through any medium, without the express written consent of our company.

In addition to the terms outlined above, you are expressly prohibited from repackaging, repurposing, or reselling, in whole or in part, any content, materials, or intellectual property associated with our CRM, Chatbot or any other product by us. This includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, templates, and software. By accepting these terms, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of the materials provided by Open Dispo, either for personal gain or on behalf of any third party.

Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may subject you to legal action for infringement of Open Dispo's intellectual property rights. By proceeding with your selected option, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and agree to hold Open Dispo harmless from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities related to your use of our services.
